Responsibilities

As a Domestic Cleaner, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of cleaning tasks, ensuring that all properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This includes but is not limited to: thoroughly cleaning apartments and townhouses after tenants move out, preparing them for new occupants; dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance; vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to ensure a clean and sanitary surface; cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, paying close attention to detail to eliminate germs and bacteria; emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste; cleaning windows and mirrors to provide a clear and bright living space; laundering linens and towels as needed to maintain a fresh and welcoming atmosphere; stocking cleaning supplies and informing management when supplies are running low; inspecting properties for damages and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel; maintaining common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms, in a clean and orderly condition; adhering to all safety guidelines and using cleaning products appropriately; and performing other cleaning-related duties as assigned by management.
